Brisas Direct LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions completed on mosheatsauces.com. All payments, refunds, taxes, and customer service obligations are handled by Brisas Direct LLC.

Brand Ownership and Licensing

The Mo's Heat brand, the Mo's Heat name, the Mo's Heat product names (including The Curve Green Habanero Hot Sauce, The Cutter Habanero Hot Sauce, The Sinker Red Habanero Hot Sauce, and The Starting Lineup), and the associated logos, trade dress, and packaging designs are owned by PTY Spices and used by Brisas Direct LLC under license.

Mariano Rivera related names, marks, and indicia, where used in connection with Mo's Heat products, are the property of their respective rights holders and used under license. Use of these marks on the Site does not imply endorsement by Mariano Rivera, Major League Baseball, or any affiliated organization beyond the scope of the applicable license.

Manufacturing

Mo's Heat products are manufactured by Productos Lux SA (Proluxsa) in the Republic of Panama under FDA Food Facility Registration. Brisas Direct LLC and its affiliated entity Brisas Empanadas LLC act as the U.S. Importer of Record. The U.S. Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) for Mo's Heat products is administered by Brisas Empanadas LLC in compliance with 21 CFR Part 1 Subpart L.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The operations of mosheatsauces.com and all transactions completed through the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

Regulatory Compliance

Mo's Heat products are foods regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Product labels comply with applicable FDA labeling regulations, including ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and nutrition information where required. Mo's Heat products are classified as condiments under New Jersey tax law and are exempt from New Jersey sales tax under N.J.S.A. 54:32B-8.2.
