Brisas Direct LLC ("we," "us," or "our") ships all Mo's Heat orders from our fulfillment locations in Elizabeth, New Jersey and Miami, Florida. This Shipping Policy describes our shipping zones, rates, transit times, and order handling procedures.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO). We do not currently ship internationally.

This zone includes Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and Armed Forces addresses (AA, AE, AP).

Free shipping promotions do not apply to this zone due to higher carrier costs. 2-Day Delivery is not available to this zone.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional events, or unforeseen operational disruptions. We will notify you by email if your order will be significantly delayed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is handed to the carrier. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and service selected) and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
If you cannot locate your tracking number or your tracking has not updated within five (5) business days of shipment, please contact us at orders@brisasbrands.com.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
If you discover an address error after placing your order, please contact us at orders@brisasbrands.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes will be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Estimated transit times reflect typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may be affected by weather, carrier operational issues, holidays, address verification delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Damage occurring during transit is addressed under our Refund Policy.
For orders over $200 or to addresses with prior delivery issues, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. The carrier will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package, and the package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup or rescheduled delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or your product appears damaged in transit, do not discard the package, the product, or the shipping label. Refer to our Refund Policy for the process to request a replacement or refund.
For packages marked delivered but not received, or packages that have not arrived within fourteen (14) business days of shipment, refer to our Refund Policy.
